Ingredients

  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
