Ingredients
- 2 courgettes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2. Slice the courgettes, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips.
- 3. Crush the garlic cloves.
