- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.
