Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, honey, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  • In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour, oat bran, wheat germ, baking powder, and salt.
