Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of collard greens
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Wash the collard greens thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
  • 2. Stack the leaves on top of each other and roll them up tightly.
  • 3. Slice the rolled leaves into thin strips.
  • 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 5. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  • 6. Add the collard greens to the pot and stir well to coat them in the oil.
