- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, protein powder, shredded coconut, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut milk, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
