- 3 cups sparkling water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 3-inch piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 20 black peppercorns
- 20 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 ½ tablespoons honey
- 5–6 drops vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
