Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces.
- Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are boiling, chop the onion, carrots, zucchini, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
- In a separate pan, sauté the chopped vegetables in butter until tender, about 10 minutes.
