Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces.
  • Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • While the potatoes are boiling, chop the onion, carrots, zucchini, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
