  • 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
