Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges together to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
