Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Combine ground pork, minced shrimp, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  2. 2

Mix well until the filling is evenly distributed.

  3. 3

Chef's tip

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of rice vinegar to the filling. Serve with a soy sauce and chili oil mix for dipping.
