Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add pork slices and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned.
- Return the pork to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture.
- Stir well to coat the ingredients with the sauce.
- Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
