Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  • Add pork slices and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned.
  • Return the pork to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture.
  • Stir well to coat the ingredients with the sauce.
  • Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
