Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1 cup diced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, and stir to coat.
- Add cooked rice to the skillet, and stir until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and cashews before serving.
