Ingredients
- 8 oz Chinese egg noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked noodles to the other side.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
