Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a medium bowl, combine cheese, onion, tomato, green chili, chili flakes, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt.
