Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for spreading

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, mix together the grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and salt.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the buttered side of each bread slice.
  • Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bread turns crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and cut each slice into triangles.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
