Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Butter for spreading
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix together the grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and salt.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the buttered side of each bread slice.
- Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bread turns crispy.
- Remove from the oven and cut each slice into triangles.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
