Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.
- 5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 6. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- 7. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

- 9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
