Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
- 3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot. Cook until browned on both sides.
