Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
- Add the shredded chicken and cooked rice to the pan.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.
