Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
