Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
