  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.
