Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Directions

    Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix in marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
