- 1 lb chicken hearts
- 1 lb chicken shanks
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken hearts and shanks and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
