  • 1 lb chicken hearts
  • 1 lb chicken shanks
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
