Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet.

- While the chicken is baking, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a separate shallow dish, place the flour.
