Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet.
