Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen gnocchi
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 3. Add the garlic and broccoli to the skillet and cook until the broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
  • 4. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • 5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
