Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  8. 8

Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
