Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
