Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry blossoms
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1. Gently rinse cherry blossoms and remove stems.
  • 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil.
  • 3. Add cherry blossoms to the sugar water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
