Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry blossoms
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 packet gelatin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Gently rinse cherry blossoms and remove stems.
- 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Add cherry blossoms to the sugar water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Remove cherry blossoms and set aside.
