Ingredients
- 1 cup cheesecurd
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheesecurd, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
- Pour the cheesecurd mixture over the crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
