Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheesecurd
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cheesecurd, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
  • Pour the cheesecurd mixture over the crust.
