Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in the sour cream and flour until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the pan.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
