Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream and flour until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the pan.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
