Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of pickles
- ketchup
- mustard
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 2. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- 3. Season patties with salt and pepper.
- 4. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
