Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked and the liquid has thickened.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
