Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
  • Simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked and the liquid has thickened.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
