  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup roasted makhana
  • 1/2 cup roasted chana
  • 1/2 cup sev
  • 1/2 cup fried curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
