  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
