Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
