Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
