Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
