Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
