Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
- Push the beef to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Mix the beef and eggs together.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
