Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, fish fillets, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, bell peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated ingredients and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp and fish are cooked through.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the cooked ingredients and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Toss gently to combine.
