Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, fish fillets, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, bell peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated ingredients and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp and fish are cooked through.
  • Drizzle the lime juice over the cooked ingredients and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Toss gently to combine.
