Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the bacon grease and garlic. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crispy bacon.
- Serve the carbonara supreme hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
