Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

    Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
