Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound mussels
  • 1 pound clams
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  • Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and crab legs to the bowl. Toss to coat the seafood in the butter mixture.
  • Thread the seafood onto skewers, alternating between different types of seafood. Place a lemon slice between each piece of seafood.
  • Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
