Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound mussels
- 1 pound clams
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and crab legs to the bowl. Toss to coat the seafood in the butter mixture.
- Thread the seafood onto skewers, alternating between different types of seafood. Place a lemon slice between each piece of seafood.
- Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve the Captain's Sea Party with additional lemon slices and melted butter for dipping.
