Ingredients

  • 1 calabaza squash
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut the calabaza squash in half and remove the seeds.
  • Place the squash halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
