Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (made with yogurt)
  • 2 large eggs, soft-boiled

Directions
