Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Instructions
