Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
