Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 cup of pitted prunes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cut the cabbage into wedges and place in a roasting pan.
  • Add the prunes, onion, and garlic to the pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
