- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 cup of pitted prunes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the cabbage into wedges and place in a roasting pan.
- Add the prunes, onion, and garlic to the pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast for 45 minutes.
