Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 cups water or seafood stock
- 1 lb rice noodles
- 1 cup fried tofu, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh dill

Directions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add crab meat and shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink.

Mix in tomato paste, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper, and stir well.

Pour in water or stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
