Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
