Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the buckwheat and place it in a pot with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
