Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and remove any outer leaves that are damaged.
- Cut the brussel sprouts in half.
