Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced vegetables (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs start to set.
- 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and diced vegetables (if using) over one side of the eggs.
- 5. Fold the other side of the eggs over the cheese and vegetables, creating a half-moon shape.
- 6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
- 7. Remove the eggs from the skillet and place them between the slices of bread.
