Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced vegetables (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs start to set.
