- 1 package of ramen noodles
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of tofu, diced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
