Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
